This is a hybrid position with 5 weeks per year on-site in Toppenish, Washington, required, and on occasion for special projects.

Candidates must reside in Washington State (excluding Seattle), Oregon, or Idaho.

At least 1 year of Epic Application Analyst experience required.

Experience with Epic Ambulatory module is highly preferred. Epic HIM and Care Everywhere experience is preferred.

Position Highlights:

$99,800-$136,800 yearly compensation DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates

$5,000 sign-on bonus + additional $5,000 bonus after 12 months of employment

What You’ll Do:
-
Plan, develop, and prioritize assigned staff work activities; resolve issues.
-
Supervise Tier 2 and Tier 3 support operations to ensure timely resolution to system issues.
-
Develop project plans, schedules, and allocate resources to complete work.
-
Oversee projects for Analysts and Specialists; ensure project objectives are defined and met.
-
Develop and recommend solutions or approaches to solve new or existing complex problems.
-
Write, maintain, verify, and ensure complete and accurate documentation of IS workflows, systems, and projects.
-
Oversee the development of test plans and system upgrades.
-
Hire, coach, mentor, and train direct report staff.
-
Work with the IS Security team to ensure all company policies concerning HIPAA and general system security are adequately represented and enforced.

Periodically travel by automobile to various YVFWC sites across our service regions (Washington and Oregon).
Qualifications:

One of the following:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field and at least 5 years of experience working in Information Systems supporting applications and working with end users OR
-
Associate’s Degree and at least 7 years of experience working in Information Systems supporting applications and working with end users OR
-
High School Diploma/GED and at least 9 years of experience working in Information Systems supporting applications and working with end users.

Of total I.S. work experience, at least 1 year must be as an Epic Application Analyst.

2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in an I.T. setting is required.

Valid Driver’s License and proof of auto liability insurance coverage is required

This position conducts on-site support including analysis, diagnosis and solutions for hardware and software problems. What You’ll Do:

Analyze and resolve problems with technology related to peripherals, including phones, printers, keyboards, and integrated hardware.

Qualifications:

Certification of completion from a vocational or technical school is preferred

What You’ll Do:
- Designs, configures, develops, and maintains data solutions using a variety of data models, software, applications, and programming languages to meet business needs.
- Coaches others on the effective use of a variety of software applications and programming languages.
- Acts as Consultant for BI Analysts, BI Architects, and business partners on BI applications, databases, and functions to promote consistent technical design, minimize maintenance efforts, and ensure data security.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, end users, and Application Analysts to ensure application system design, development, and testing support BI needs.
- Leads the continuous improvement efforts of Developers through the creation and maintenance of code standards, and participation in peer review, code review, and Community of Practice meetings.
- Contributes to continuous improvement efforts of the BI Team by leading team meetings and participating in retrospectives.
- Maintains, troubleshoots, and/or installs equipment or software.
- Evaluates, researches, and recommends equipment and/or software maintenance and upgrades.
- Documents incoming technical support calls and project work efforts into tracking database to ensure timely resolution.
- Provides advice to Information Services (IS) leadership on acquisition of new software.
- May perform duties as a Scrum Master which include leading scrum rituals, monitoring team health metrics, promoting automation, and eliminating obstacles so that tasks may be completed and goals achieved. Evaluates capacity for new requests in collaboration with the product owner of the roadmap.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in the Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration. Associate’s Degree in Computer Science and two years’ experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree. Technical Degree and two years’ experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree. Four years’ experience may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Seven years’ experience in BI development. BI development experience in a healthcare setting and/or with Epic preferred.
- Professional Licenses/Certificates/Registration: One or more of the following:
- Multiple Epic Certificate Training Statuses may be required, or ability to acquire multiple Epic Certificate Training Statuses within 120 days of hire.
- Tableau Designer or Developer Badges preferred.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of Epic, Microsoft, SAP, and Tableau Reporting and Analytic Tools.
